So i know plenty of you have done it. My question is, what all did you fellas grind and cut off the frame so reduce weight, and clean up the frame all together. I know most people grind off the stock exhaust brackets, which im definitely going to do. But, while im at it i might as well do whatever count. I also thought about just replacing the weight i cut off with a gussett kit if possible. Dunno if this is worth it either but im more focused on grinding and cutting off unnecessary mounts, tabs, brackets, etc....Thanks :cheers:

when it comes to weight. i agree. you might get five to ten lbs at most with cutting off mounts like your talking. its gonna be a waste of time i think.

If nothings hooked to it then cut it off :headbang: Be careful with the grinder, remember there is no bondo for powder coat. I my self grind things down to a nub then go after it with a flapper wheel and finish with a file. If your a total neet freak fix all the weld over runs if not then just fix the stuff you can see when the plastics on.
