stroking Posted September 25, 2010 Report Posted September 25, 2010 Is the squish suppose to be the same on both cylinders ? or can there be a difference ? also i read where the squish should be measured in mm and the .4mm-.5mm is good for bottom end and .6mm to .9mm for topend this ranges from .022 to .036 tho but i see people always saying to run .040 -.050 which is really big in the 4 stroke world. vulvafan537240 Posted September 25, 2010 Report Posted September 25, 2010 your banshee is a 4 stroke? Quote
SAVAGE420 Posted September 25, 2010 Report Posted September 25, 2010 What motor is this about? What are you wanting and what does yours check out at right now? Details please. They should be basically spot on with one an other or there is an underlying issue. I just buttoned my motor up yesterday and with different domes also. Squish checked out at .042. Quote
stroking Posted September 25, 2010 Author Report Posted September 25, 2010 its about a banshee, but i said that about a 4 stroke because they have more moving parts in them with a tighter squish than these 2 strokes Quote
stroking Posted September 26, 2010 Author Report Posted September 26, 2010 i did alittle testing and it seems if its to tight it will hurt topend power.. also seems like the more i drop the compression the better it runs Quote
