sounds like you need to clean your carbs and try switching plug wires and see if the other cylinder cuts out, have you tried a new plug?

X-2 on carb clean. Do them one at a time ,record jet numbers while your in there. Don't forget choke crossover tube on re-assembly. Pull plugs to be sure theyre good. Try the plug wire swap, it will tell you if your plug cap is bad ,they have a resistor in there that goes bad. The coils themselves rarely go bad. Post back with what you find. Don't ride the way it is now ,you will damage it. BTW, Welcome to BHQ !!

I'm having the same problem.. My Shee fire's up and idles fine. when i go and hit the throttle the right cylinder goes out .. by that i mean it doesn't blow my hand away from the silencer but the left does. and the sound changes a lil , i can tell its not firing.. Fresh gas,, new plugs,, i made sure the plug wire wasn't grounding out or arching by wrapping them with electric tape for the plug boot to the coils .. So it's firing both at idle but mid to top RPM it only firing the left .. it started the last time i rode it so i changed to new plugs today,,Did i get bad Plugs Br8es or is it electrical prob :shootself:
