Dose it matter what plug wire goes to what plug? and for that matter dose it matter if you coil wires are switched on your coil?

no it doesn't on either one

Plug wire no. But the coil wire ORG wire to + & the BLK wire to -. Some shee are switch around.

If yours coil wire are switch move them back to ORG to+ & so on. Do a plug check some time you may need to go up a jet size.

only thing that matters on the coil wires is that they don't chafe
