Another question, how to do...

How do you guys removed the upper a-arms without damage the ball joint?? Any idea how to do it?? Please any help is welcome.Thanks.

Undo the castle nut so its flush somewhat with the ball joint.

 

If the ball joint spins when you try and loosen the castle nut, well then put some downward pressure on it.

 

Then give it some hard whacks with a rubber mallet hitting the side of the spindle where the ball joint sits while pulling the arm up.

 

If shes really tight and wont budge like that, get a piece of wood and a regular hammer and put the piece of wood on the castle nut and hit the wood hard and she will pop out.

 

Then remove castle nut = done.

definitely I'll try this method. I have one of them little bend and nobody have it for sale (05 black color) then I'll try to fix it. Thanks bro.

i just use a ball peen and hit the spindle there the bolt goes through while pulling up.
