Undo the castle nut so its flush somewhat with the ball joint.

 

If the ball joint spins when you try and loosen the castle nut, well then put some downward pressure on it.

 

Then give it some hard whacks with a rubber mallet hitting the side of the spindle where the ball joint sits while pulling the arm up.

 

If shes really tight and wont budge like that, get a piece of wood and a regular hammer and put the piece of wood on the castle nut and hit the wood hard and she will pop out.

 

Then remove castle nut = done.

definitely I'll try this method. I have one of them little bend and nobody have it for sale (05 black color) then I'll try to fix it. Thanks bro.
