Stripped the shee down to bare frame. I have some T5's that need cleaned up. They have some surface rust and are kinda black and nasty in some places especially on the pipe from the header to the silencer. What do you guys use to get all that stuff up? Is the finish chrome?

Not sure what the finish is but i've got the same thing going on with mine. If it's a small amount of rust... I took and used some mothers chrome polish on a polishing wheel and it cleaned up pretty good with minimal work. As for the rust at the header, the wheel didn't even touch the rust on that but mine are pretty bad. I've seen some guys say to use balled up aluminum foil and coke or clr andsteel wool. Haven't tried it yet but I should be doing it some time this week. I'll let you know how it works.

X2 on the blue magic its some good shit I use it all the time it will make you polished wheels sparkly also or any metal really. I used it on my stingers yesterday and damn they shine like they never did even when they where new. Just be careful with the stellwool or brillo it will scratch the shit out of your pipes. I didnt need steelwool I just used the blue magic and did it a couple of times and wow.
