Bent sub frame

What is the best way to straighten this out? I am gonna be stripping the frame down to do a rebuild and i want to get it back to normal . Its not too bad just pushed up to the plastic bottom edgd

Use a BFH. that's all I used on my frame before the rebuild and it's straight as an arrow now.

Sleeve a pipe over it,little heat,little pressure,you will be good .
