randomrider Posted February 5, 2010 Report Posted February 5, 2010 just a simple question... i was wondering if cold temperature will effect compression? Quote
bansheerage Posted February 6, 2010 Report Posted February 6, 2010 im just going to guess and say probably not very big numbers. probably nothing you would even notice. i have had my shee in new york for a while cold/winter hot/summer. i never noticed a difference. Quote
Building my First Posted February 7, 2010 Report Posted February 7, 2010 The air is denser and pistons are shriveled like a cold dick, but I don't think it would be more than a few pounds different. Jetting on the other hand is definitely affected, the colder and denser the air becomes the richer the air/fuel mixture needs to be. Quote
