sprocket brands

Hey guys I'm going to change my gearing and was wondering what is a good brand and metarial, steel vs aluminium.

 

Seen the JT Sprocket, 20 bucks for the rear and 13 bucks for the fronts on ebay, and I was wondering if they are any good. Is there anybody running them or what else is a good brand.

Where I race at I think I would just eat up the aluminium sprockets

Couldn't believe how affordable the Jt are, thought they might be a shitty quality.

Jt front sprockets are ok. They are better than a 10 dollar brand X. I run a good 25-30 dollar renthal or tag front spocket. The front sprocket takes the most abuse, so I like to have a good one.

 

Or you could go all out and get a 90+ dollar TI Moly Sidewinder front sprocket.

i run sprocket specialists on the front, because i run the big gears.. on the back i run primary drive from RMATV..

 

both hold up great on my 10mm cub motor.
