Sandfrk33 Posted July 19, 2009 Report Posted July 19, 2009 My buddy got hit last year at dumont. He was parked at the top of a dune and a buggie slammed into the side of him. Guy got a DUI and didn't pay to fix anything. His lawyer told him if he payed for the damages, it was an admittance of guilt. Told my buddy to give me his address and I would convince him to do the right thing. Quote
