fork Posted June 28, 2009 Report Posted June 28, 2009 I need some advice from the pros. I just got the my motor back together its just a 350 stock port, milled head 30, 40overbore, +4 timing, fmf fatties, toomy 2:1 air cleaner. Iam running stock carbs with a 27.5 pilot and a 320 main and my elev. is 600ft and running race gas just to be safe and I did a plug chop and I got 2mm ring but a light grey which tells me lean but do u guys think its the race gas not giving good color because before I rebuilt it this jetting showed a little fat do u think I should do it on pump gas or go up on the main? I only ran race gas at first because I didnt know what the comp. was going to be. THANKS Quote

I know all motors are diff. but do u think that jetting is in the ball park . It seems to pull good all the way no poping or bogging. THANKS Quote
mopar1rules Posted June 29, 2009 Report Posted June 29, 2009 race gas is overkill w/your timing and compression. drop down to 93 octane. Quote
