help with boggin 421

I just got my engine rebuilt. I have a 421, v force 3, dune port,grayen 2 into 1 intake with a 38 carb, 162 main, plus 4 timing, t5 exhaust. when I first started the engine it fired up after the 2nd kick and sounded great. but was over flowing on the side and below the bowl. I took the carb off and fixed the float. after i put it all back together the engine idle's fine but bogs BAD when I am at WOT. I took the carb off again and set the float where it was before and still having the same problem. Bad bog. There is no load on the engine at All I am just trying to tune it before I start riding. It seems like it has no power above idle. The first time I started it it ran at idle and was able to run at WOT.
