Reply to "What main jets are you using..."

You guys talk alot about jets but nothing about needles or jet kits. Who's jets are you using, who's needle are you using, and how big or small is the needle. I hear and see too much talk about jet sizes and it gets a beginner like me nowhere. My problem right now with my new mods i dont think has anything to do with my jet size. I think it is in my needle. I am understood that the size of the needle has part to do with just about everything. If you disagree let me know.

If you are running stock carbs, stick to stock needles. And stay away from jet kits They are just a way to get you to pay 20 bucks per jet.

All jets are the same, Mikuni small hex.

Ok...if you have rejetted and the issue has not gone away please fill us in on what your banshee is doing....It may be something else besides jetting...
