Do a plug chop to make sure your jetting is right, it sounds close but it may be off. Take the carbs apart and completely clean them, and make sure your parking break or any other breaks aren't sticking

it has a block off on brake....and it doesnt really sound like a limiter issue..after messing with it for awhile now im starting to think maybe something ignition...i have decent blue spark but maybe its weak off idle?...thanks....plugs are wet so maybe its not burning the fuel that its gettn

ill check the reeds right now......i should be able to get a reading between the cap and the coil right? if im suppose to be able to it reads nothing i figured i should be able to ohm it and get something but i dont....i pulled the plug wire and got 5.0 from end to cap ....but nothing through coil?.....but it idles and revs fine on idle ....i dunno still lost...ill check the reeds and check back in a few mins...thanks
