RUDEDAWG Posted November 29, 2008 Report Posted November 29, 2008 Does the left carb wiggle when you pull in the clutch lever? Is the carb rubbing against the bottom of the carb? Just trying to figure it out. Quote

fastrthnu Posted November 29, 2008 Report Posted November 29, 2008 then the lever is prob not seated all the way. take you preasure plate off and pull the pushrod out a bit and see if it drops down more. the part the cable hooks into should be level with the center of where the tip of the cable mount/clamp down in the middle of the case is. RUDEDAWG Posted November 29, 2008 Report Posted November 29, 2008 Well, if the clutch actually disengages then I have no clue cause if it werent in all the way I would think that it wouldnt even move the push rod. The clymers manual says to put the actuator arm in before you put the push rod in. Hope this helps. I am no expert. Quote

pdbanshee Posted November 30, 2008 Author Report Posted November 30, 2008 hey i worked it out losened it up some and bent down a hair works fine thanks for the help Quote
2001Stroker Posted November 30, 2008 Report Posted November 30, 2008 Boss racing intake solves that problem. It moves the left carb up and back a little. I have one, and have plenty of room between the carb and clutch. Quote
