dragbanshee Posted November 12, 2008 Report Posted November 12, 2008 If it works good while its running I dont think I would worry about it. Quote
clinton588 Posted November 12, 2008 Report Posted November 12, 2008 With after market clutchs that happens alot. I run a stock clutch with barnett HD springs. Every time I build a banshee I put the clutch set up back to stock. When I say stock I mean stock plates, fibers, and cusions with barnett hd springs. Just my .2 cents. Quote

dragbanshee Posted November 13, 2008 Report Posted November 13, 2008 Get you a easy pull lever when you can afford one, that will help. Quote
clinton588 Posted November 13, 2008 Report Posted November 13, 2008 Get you a easy pull lever when you can afford one, that will help. If you don't have a easy pull, get one. They are only like $30. Also try to lub your cable. The cable lub tool, and lub is around $20. Also, you can just put 3 soft & 3 hard springs in the clutch. All you have to buy is a clutch cover gasket, oil (motil trans oil 10 W 30 - 1.6 qt's), and springs (unless you can get some springs from a shop) for around $30. Quote
2001Stroker Posted November 13, 2008 Report Posted November 13, 2008 Mine does the same thing. No biggie. If you do decide to go into the clutch cover, adjust it. Tighten it down until it touches, and then back it off 1/4 turn. Don't pay attention to those arrows. They'll just throw you all off. And yes, a new clutch lever is nice. I have an ASV lever end perch. You can get them referbished off eBay for a whole lot cheaper than new. You just don't get the warranty that ASV offers. Quote
