okbasspro Posted October 22, 2008 Author Report Posted October 22, 2008 which skat trak tire is that? Its a Kenda tire buffed down and scat trac paddles added 1 Quote
Snopczynski Posted October 22, 2008 Report Posted October 22, 2008 OK, I know that. Is it a Hauler, Extreme Hauler, Ripper, Ultra lite, super lite, etc....... All skat trak tires are rebuffed and paddled. It looks kind of like an ultra lite or a super lite. If thats the case, then how many paddles are on it? How does it run with those tires on it? What do you want it to do different? http://www.skat-trak.com/paddletire.html Quote
Snopczynski Posted October 23, 2008 Report Posted October 23, 2008 How does it run with those tires on it? What do you want it to do different? Wait a minute, what tires are those on it in the pic at the top? Quote

Will try the new tires today at the dunes the tires in the pic are sand devil 20-11-8 9 paddle I was told by several members that it will just spin with the long swinger we just race at the dunes not at the track the other tires belong to my sons bike and I will buy some for mine just want to buy them once not several times. Snopczynski Posted October 25, 2008 Report Posted October 25, 2008 I would get some 22x11x8 skat trak super lite haulers for it. 9 or 10 paddle. Quote
Wildcardracing Posted October 25, 2008 Report Posted October 25, 2008 What length is that arm? stock stroke needs +6 at most, usually only +4. As snop said, 9-10 haulers depending on how heavy the sand is. Quote
fast500#12 Posted October 25, 2008 Report Posted October 25, 2008 22x11x8 10 paddle double buff haulers, or 8 paddle extremes on douglas .125 wheels. i don't like the ultra lites (tripple buffs) because the are so thin if you run over rocks or sticks occasionaly they are toast. and they will lose air just sitting in the garage if you ran some thing over or not. _Hex* Posted October 26, 2008 Report Posted October 26, 2008 id probably go 9 haulers or 10 at most on the 21x12x8 b2b buff if you are going on rougher terrain. reason is on the 21 because they are alot lighter casings than the 22 and i dont really thing you motor has it for the 22 it doesnt look like it has the right setup for that, if you do go with the 22 i think it will slow your top end down Quote
