what color is your frame ?

do the lower the same color as the frame and chrome the upper.

if your stock reeds are toast and you replace them with say some carbonfiber ones or some boysens, the only thing you will knotice is a crisper throttle responce, but no real hp gains.

SILICONE PLUGS, SOME ARE TAPERED SO THEY JAM IN THE HOLE AND SOME ARE JUST CYLINDERS THAT THEY SCREW IN. YOU COULD GET A KIT FROM EASTWOOD, I THINK, FOR 30 BUCKS THAT HAS ENOUGH SIZES TO PLUG ALL THE HOLES IN A FRAME. IF YOU DO USE BOLTS, THE COATER HAS TO BE CAREFULL ON THE AMOUNT OF POWDER THAT WILL FLOW ON AND AROUND THE BOLT. IF IT GETS TO THICK AND CURES AND YOU BACK IT OUT IT CAN PULL THE COATING OFF WITH IT. KIKND OF HARD TO EXPLAIN.

there ok, not all that great in stock form but work the suspension and they can be fun, not as much of a rush as a shee but just ok to me, just my opinion, i rode a stocker and a full blown racer and the racer kicked ass, the stocker, ehhhh just ok imo

rotors should br relativly fast if he has them allready done. the only way it would take longer is if hes out of stock on them.

are the threads in the head still in tact ? or are they just enough to seal it but not tighten it down properly ? and when you say pop out do you mean the plug is backing out or the plug wire is poping off ?

drill a hole in the other side and ive seen guys put the valve stem in backwards when doing this to seal the hole up and keep it from hitting the calipers.
