  1. Thx for the help...so now im researching doing the tors delete kit. which is the best out there and whatelse do i need so i dont get stuck missing parts? I found the thread of making the leak down kit. ill look into doing that shortly. Yes i dont want to melt down my shee. What size jets would be best with my T5's and filter setup? 26mm is stock?
  2. Yeah im over 21 lol Couldnt get pics of MY carbs but these are it
  3. Again super new to 2 strokes...I would assume stock jet sizes. Im not sure if previous owner jetted it for the coast. But im in Florence Or. I looked and thought about tearing into my carbs and give them a good once over and hope i get them back correctly but a friend of mine that also has a couple Banshees told me that my bike has electronic carbs and that they arent the greatest. Told me to look into getting some "older" carbs as they are better. No idea on how to set floats or the test you are talking about to do.
  4. Sorry if this is covered in another tpoic but i didnt find. So yesterday i tried to go out riding and i couldnt get my bike started. Have a 03' with stock carbs, T5's, an K&N filter. basically stock. I flooded it trying to start yesterday, dumping gas out the overflow. Let it sit a bit and tried again but with no luck. Was trying to kick over but just wouldnt start. So i tried again today and started right up. Warmed it up a bit before i got my gear on but noticed after i shut off it still was dumping out the overflow. Took it out on the beach, wasnt getting into it very hard as i know Banshees dont really like the condensed air making it run lean but as i was riding the bike was trying to cutting out on me under throttle. I could clutch it and got it back going. I got a little nervous so i started to ride back to my truck. It actually did stall out and took a handful of kicks to get it back going. Talked to a buddy of mine and he said that its super easy to fry the piston and rings on the beach. Im a 2 stroke noob and trying to pick up as much info i can on my banshee. Plugs are new'ish and i know its easy to foul plugs but dont think thats the issue at hand. Any known issue for the overflow leaking, and issue with the throttle cutting out? Please be gentle! lol Thx in Advance
