    A arms

Did you buy used? I would double check against what they list coming with their product. http://teamalbaracing.com/i-18100080-banshee-21-a-arms.html
  2. Ahh, Thats what I was thinking. Thanks again
  3. Does anyone know what is the purpose of those threaded holes into the water jacket?
  4. The joys of buying used. I was wondering why the coolant was low. I know I can find NPT plugs locally, Not too sure about a IPS flush plug. Thanks guys, Looks like I'll just place another order to FAST need some ARP nuts too as the regular ones were a pain to try and get off.
  5. Yeah the threaded holes on each side of the exhaust flange in the water jacket that sit on the base gasket.
  6. Bought my first banshee a little over a month ago and proceeded to weld a clutch ball about 2 weeks ago. I Ordered a pancake bearing and a Silicone Nitride Ball bearing to fix that. I originally just took the bottom of the case off to fix the clutch issue. I noticed that the cases were put together with freaking RTV and it was EVERYWHERE. Figuring that the motor was put together by a hack, I took the topend off. I'm staring at the cylinders thinking, what is the point of the water jacket holes? Then I look at a Serval kit and notice they come with water jacket plugs. WTF my motor was put together without the water jacket plugs... Anyone know what size plugs for a Serval and do I need to get aluminum plugs? Thanks
  7. +4 timing plate plus a dynatek? That seems like a lot of timing advance for 91 octane.
  8. Just try the Diesel. It's less toxic than aerosolized brake cleaner....
  9. That actually seems like a good idea. I remember reading a Model T manual that suggested filing the crankcase with Kerosene and cranking the motor a few times then draining to remove Oil Sludge.
  10. That ebay ad is for BP Racing. They have a better deal listed on their website. edit: I'm Slow, listen to tfaith. I'd Use Redline or FAST
  11. I googled "JT Sprocket New Zealand" http://www.motozone.co.nz/products/hard-parts/cv-boots-accessories/motorcycle-sprockets/jt-sprockets/jt-sprockets-front.aspx The 569 Sprokets Will fit.
  12. Geez and he even wants crappy beer for them. If someone Ships the beer to you, then will you ship?
  13. 1 month owning a Banshee, Welded a ball. sigh

  14. I don't believe the voltage regulator has anything to do with the CDI. The CDI run off of its own part of the stator. Its got to be a loose connection or bad switch. Check out the plug wires and coil. Just in case something is loose there.
  15. Now watch the stator last forever. Lol glad you got it fixed!
  16. Unless you shattered or lost a magnet, the flywheel is fine.
  17. Yes you still oil the filter. Just don't go crazy with the oil, spray and knead. The foam will plug up in dusty environments. So be prepared to clean it more often.
  18. Caltric is very hit or miss. Quality control is crap. I've heard of the wires on their products being mis-labeled. So that is something to keep in mind. A known good stator is going to be your best bet here.
  19. So can we start calling dibs in the for sale section? As long as you call dibs, you are entitled to the item, even if you don't have the money.
  20. I've always had a problem with the o-rings falling out, causing a leaky cap. I have some viton o-rings from McMaster-Carr that I keep on hand incase I lose one.
  21. He should have let you know he sold them. But if I got a better offer and didn't have to ship, I would have done the same thing. Btw, link your PayPal to your bank account, instant funds.
  22. If it fits, you can use it. But it looks really crappy and small.
