  1. Now the right cylinder isn't firing
  2. Because I didn't know how to tell them different so I just put the tape on the left (right) slide for when I put them back together.
  3. If it is 270's I'll leave the 280's in for the weekend. No place around me is going to get jets in that fast.
  4. The reason it ran like a wet turd was because of the slides. Also people though I was bs until I showed them the 180's and then everyone shut up.
  5. Lol yeah I'm sure after I set the carbs up right tomorrow. I when I was at the dunes I had to get in the top end RPM to pop wheelies. Also here's a video of what happens when your carb slides are on backwards lol
  6. Exactly! I didn't know that, this is my first Banshee. The first bike I've done carb work on. Also it was this way when I got it. I didn't think nothing was wrong with that, just that the jets needed cleaning. I've heard stories of people going wheelie crazy on these and I've always been wondering why mine won't. Now I found the problem.
  7. Yes this is my first. The problem is that everyone calls bullshit on me when I try their suggestion and it doesn't work.
  8. Ok: 1: This guy is a BansheeHQ member and this was a suggestion given to me. 2: I took it into careful consideration and decided to go ahead and do 280's not just because of the 270 missing but because like Starwriter said "Jets are cheaper than pistons". And 3: I HAVE TAKEN TONS OF ADVICE BEFORE AND THEY DIDN'T WORK BECAUSE OF THE SLIDES. When someone told me to do the same jetting as someone else told me and it didn't work people assume that I'm not listening by them. I've had suggestions by Kan Powersports and other members that I've tried before and they didn't work and they call BS on me!
  9. Yeah that's pretty much what happened to me. The guy who owned it last put the slides in the wrong way and when I removed tors I put electrical tape on the left slide (really the right) and when I put it back in like that it still ran like shit. Guess when I go up north Friday I'll know what a Banshee is REALLY supposed to run like.
  10. Also this "jerkoff around the corner" has the EXACT SAME SETUP AS ME! UNI Filter, FMF pipes with stock silencers. EVERYTHING, I'll start with 280's. I'm not doubting you tricked, I put 280's in and I'll fire it up tomorrow. I will post a video too.
  11. Well I'm on my phone so Im sure that's why
  12. Says video unavailable
  13. Well fucking hell I said I was going to put the 280's in instead and I got yelled at.
  14. I fucking put the 280 mains and 27.5 pilots in. I will fire the bike up tomorrow.
  15. Lmao I guess since I just found a set of 280's. You win lol
  16. Alright I couldn't find the other 270's but I did find 280's
  17. Fuck can't find the other 270 jet I had!
  18. Oh I see. Lol no I had 180's with the carbs back words. How I got it. I put a piece of electrical tape on the left slide and I put it back on thinking it's correct.
  19. 400 mains? Where did you hear I tried running 400 mains at? I had 180's and no that's not him.
  20. I just got into all this though. I agree I was a lazy ass about it and never researched anything about it. I am in the process of rejecting as we speaking and I want to try 27.5 and 270 first as a guy around my neighborhood on here had the same set up and that is what he ran.
  21. Also that was my dad's bike, completely stock, and they were 200's.
  22. Lol yeah. This is his response. Keep in mind that I kept track and I put them in the exact same way they were when I got it.
  23. Ok will do. 25 pilot and 270 main a good starting point? A guy 2 cities over said his brother had the same setup and that's what he runs.
