  7. The rpm of the bit is around 1100 And we were feeding it manually very very slowly. The carbide bits will be here today but he doesn't have time tonight to try em. He did put a new cooling set up on over the weekend so it should go well this time around. Thanks everyone for the knowledge and in put. I'll keep everyone updated Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. It's a buddy's mill I ordered carbide end mills for it. They should be here tomorrow. The mills he had barely put a scratch in the gear. We tried a few different bits. I was told to run the mill at around 1100rpm Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  14. Ok so I brought the gears to my buddy's house. Well the gears are a lot harder than we thought. None of the cutting bits he had would cut. Has anyone used this same method of cutting? If so what bits do you use Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  16. I climb in pa. As far as I know everything is spot on. It shifts mint on the flat WOT but won't shift for shit on a load. I've had my buddies try it to see if I was crazy but it was the same thing. That's why the dog ear mod should help correct? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. The baskets stock but mint I'm not to concerned with neutral it's more being able to shift to third while climbing Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. All I do with the bike is climb. It would never up shift or go into neutral. From what I read this should help my shifting issue. I also got a modded shift star is there anything else I could add or do besides these things thanks Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
