Just checked Jesse and there is a whopping $3 difference in a pound of sliver veign vs super mirror black. Stock frame takes less than a pound for single coat. Just saying.
Mull engineering or oem on the impeller imo. The other brands the shaft just doesn't last at the seal. What good is more flow when it starts leaking into your crankcase
Yup Allen head kit for both sides are only like $16. A 1 1/4 standard socket fits the clutch basket nut perfect but its technically a metric size but I didn't have one that big
I hope you realize with what type if build you have been expressing an override trans will be of no use. Duneable or not pretty much no override will handle backload which means anytime your not accelerating forward the clutch must be pulled in until almost all speed has been lost. Also no down shifting. Hopefully this isn't all regurgitated info but I have a feeling your not aware of what an override is.
When the kick start idler gear bushing is worn it allows the gear to rub the back of the basket, don't know if the springs can rotate in basket or not to y the bare marks on the inside as well
I have a kicker gear and pro design cool head. Locating ears that keep domes from spinning have small cracks but works fine. $85 shipped for both pieces.
