Hello all, Newbie to the site. I'm a riding and racing freak with a few Q's....I have had several Banshee's but never recall that there is a removeable brass jet of some sort in the bowl of the carb. Funny thing is that it is only in 1 bowl and only 1 of the carb bowls has the brass tube coming up from the bottom of the bowl. Anyone know if this is correct? I'm thinking that the brass "jet" that is not in the 1 bowl is missing, and I guess it's possible that somehow the wrong bowl is on 1 of the carbs? ( I don't think so, but don't really know for sure) It's on an 06 model, that's completely stock. I work at a Marine and motor Sports store and it was one of our trade ins. The unit is MINT and looks like it has never been fiddled with. When I look at the parts Fiche for the carbs, it shows nothing about any removeable "jet" in the bowl? I'm stumped, please advise.
