  1. Jet kit is a waste of money. Just get the jets you need
  2. don't mind the long bolt sticking out that's for the nerf bars I have Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Nice video mike. Looks like a lot of fun
  4. Keep us updated on the lsp. They look great on the graph and out performing CPI in the trq range is awesome
  5. Slp made as much hp and more trq then CPI on a 4 mil ported stock cylinder. Didn't rev as high but came on really soon which would be great for a trail rider especially in tight stuff
  6. ^ or rev limiters for that matter
  7. What kind of port? Try 330 main 30 pilot stock needle mid clip 1.5 airscrew. Should be a good start
  8. Who did the clean up port and domes?
  9. I would not cut those nerfs that's just stupid. Buy a set for cheap that doesn't have heel guards
  10. 10dm (611cc) here in the trails
  11. The air strikers do favor a small pilot jet. My buddy's 421 cub does the same thing. Breaks up a little bit before the band but not too bad. Keep us updated on what happens. You may need a different needle but I'm not 100% sure on that.
  12. last week. pic is kinda blurry lighting sucked in the room Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. I'll 2nd that his dome profile sucks. Was my issue when I had a setup from him. Glad I went to another builder
  14. Welcome to the hq. Haha if you think the bike is fast now wait till you really get a nice motor in there. Warning this is not a cheap sport windycity2
  15. Did you use compressed air and cleaner for the jets? How about your petcock? Does it flow gas through it fine? Are the floats suck in the carb making gas just poor out of them? How about the gas cap vent? Is that plugged up?
  16. If your not going to be riding in 3 ft of water you could run pods with outerwears to help the motor breath better and clean up the rear end of the bike some. Don't forget to rejet! Suspension upgrades will suit you very well and is often overlooked at first when modding the bike for power. Elka or fox has my vote for shocks
  17. Alright alright fellas. Let's just see what happens. There's a chance this might turn out good or maybe not. If it turns out good could be a another product in the Atv industry which is good. Time will tell
  18. That was quick. What are you doing to your motor JD?
  19. Use tapatalk or photobucket for pics. Do one carb at a time. Take out pilot jet and main jet. Clean with carb cleaner and compressed air. Hold on tight to the jet to not loose it with the compressed air. Hold up to light to make sure you can see through the jet completely. Write down the jets in the carb for future reference. That's a good start
  20. Welcome. X2 on hope you have a thick skin. Isn't the normal forum here but info on here is very good. What do you plan to do with the bike? Trail riding?
  21. That would be pretty cool to see a stock stroke super cub graph. Should def send it to redline
  22. Exactly. Serval/cub cylinders are by far more superior. It's cool you trying to do this but it's gonna need a lot more then that to get people to buy these
