  2. Forget the Vito's. Go serval. 10 serval on pump gas is making some good numbers close to 100hp and 52trq with the right setup. Even a 4 mil serval would be great. People will figure out that's it not stock after smoking them in a race IMO. Hope you don't have budget... It adds up quick like the others said
  3. 360 main is big in these summer temps IMO sounds like you have a air leak. Should be around a 330-340 main since it's ported. New intake boots and gaskets with yamabond on them might fix the issue. How old are the intake boots? Have they ever been replaced? Did you do a leakdown test? Post some pics of the plug so we can see it.

  5. Elevation and temp? 280 main 30 pilot 1.5 air screw stock needle middle clip should get your there and be a great starting point. Possibly a tad rich

  10. This! 280 main should be fine. If you need a bigger main for that temp you more then likely you have a air leak and could be caused by that boost bottle. You should do a leak down test on the motor
  11. What kind of riding are you doing? Do you plan to upgrade the engine at some point? Got an adjustable timing plate? Are you going to be riding in deep rivers? If not go with some pods. T6 are good for stock motors with no port work. T5 is a pretty good trail pipe along with some others. Will work with some ported stock cylinders but depending on what you have for a port job you may want a different pipe. What pipes are currently on it?
  12. XRW R1 nerf bars are pretty close to the ac pro pegs IMO. I don't personally have them but have seen them in pics and the person said no kicking issues ( having to heal kick) like some other ones with heel guards. I was going to buy them but round a set of ac nerfs off a memeber on here awhile back

  16. When you put new bearings in your carrier it will have a bit of resistance untill it's broken in
  17. Not saying the fan isn't a good idea. If I could fit a fan right by my radiator I would for sure. My 10dm on 110 leaded, 41pwks ,bbif shearers made right around 123hp 70 trq. What kind of pipes are you going to run? Should be interesting to see your graph on a Dyno when the motor is done
