  1. Ok, came up with a super easy way to install those aggravating locking rings in a matter of seconds. You will need a 2 foot piece of 1 1/4" PVC sch 40 pvc pipe and a rubber mallet. Go ahead and install everything, axle, sprocket, brake hub, and lock nut. Slip one or both locking rings on the axle. Next slip the pvc pipe over the axle, press it firmly against one of the locking clips and hit the end of the pvc pipe with the mallet. The locking clip will be instantly driven in place and the pvc pipe will not mar the finish. Then do the other side the same way.
  2. So, is the lock ring recessed in the washer? The diagram they sent with the axle sucks. I don't want to put it together wrong and have to tear all that crap apart again.
  3. Only one problem I see with it. It's a Ford.
  4. Which way does the indented washer face? Does the indention face the lock ring or the brake rotor?
  5. I have them and like them.
  6. I have a set off my 06. I'll get some pics. May take me a day or two.
  7. I swapped calipers and could tell a difference the first time I hit the brakes.
  8. Remember, they are drawing from the same labor pool as you and I are. lol
  9. Welcome. Tyler says we get a 40% BHQ discount. Thanks!
  10. I have one with red hot wires 125.00 shipped. I could not make my bike run right with it. I never trimmed the wires, don't know if that was the problem or not.
  11. Yep. At least part of the problem is a bent axle. Ordered a new one today. Tusk adjustable.
  12. I'm running a 15/38 and it is too tall. Gotta keep it up on the pipe when shifting between 5th and 6th gears. Gonna go back to 41 on rear.
  13. Yes Nick, it is very bright. It has 42 individual Cree led's, 125W. I am looking for a smaller one to mount on the handle bars for my "dims." I used a 30A relay to power the light and used the stock switch to power the relay. I have a 20" one that is brand new for sale, 125 shipped.

  15. I hope so, that would be an easy fix. Just take a big hammer and bend it back.
  16. Ok, found out today it's the rear tires. I am going to check the wheels, axles, and bearings to see what the culprit is. Thanks for all the input.
