Ive never personally ran the intakes with built in crossover, but i was told to avoid them due to leakage. You have to really booger them up with sealant. And wether or not the tube makes a difference, i dont know.

Grab a stock crossover tube and chuck the boost bottle. At this point I wouldnt worry about. Just run it.

Ive worked both. Union and Non Union. Biggest problem I had was that my union dues were going to pay arbitrators to handle grievance's that would keep the shitbags from being fired. BA would roll up in a caddi. Every contract we would lose more and more. Lost my pension because I wasnt vested when they took that away. So I became a manager and haven't looked back since. More money, but now I have no union to back me up if I lose my job. And to Jared's point, I do my job well, dont fuck the company and I get raises every year for my hard work.

The chain issue could be your carrier mounts are oblonged. Loosen the carrier bolts and see if you have wiggle room when your grab the tires and shake it front to back. Stock swinger and carrier blow. I wouldnt worry too much about a hard spot when you turn the primary sprocket by hand. Just make sure you have oil in the trans and rip it. I always use what the book recommends which is 10w40 i believe. Welcome and good luck!!

I applaud Jaylow for taking on the project and yes, take it as constructive criticism and not bashing. Hey, some of my first projects when I was younger were more then hacky. It took time and experience. If your happy with the way it looks, dont worry about what I or anyone else says. But hit the welds with a flap wheel or sanding discs for a 4" grinder and spruce it up a little. All I was tryin to say.

Listen homes. Im not hatin on your project. You posted up pics for opinions or whatever and Im just sayin it looks a little hacky. Your motor mounts look like shit. Whatever is welded behind the motor looks like shit. Just my opinion. Maybe your motor mounts are sturdy. To me they dont look like it. I never did a YFZ convo so my opinion is worthless. But i can fabricate so what I see looks like shit. Not tryin to rain on your parade but ive seen a lot better. Spend some more time on your mounts and I will bow down to ya.

Sounds like a good starting point at least. I dont know shit about flat track but sounds like it will work. I dont know if the chasis mods are the half assed way to go or the correct way to go for TT. Without seeing the quad, that price is a little high imo. I had T-6 pipes on a pretty much stock motor and it ran good. If you could get the price down, sounds decent.
