  1. i recently jetted my stock carbs with 280 mains and 4th clip on needle and 1.5 turns out on the air/fuel mixture and ran and idled great... i then installed the timing plate and set at +4 and now idles like crap and pops a lil and bogs at low and idle but once power kicks in it wicked i need help with the idle problem i have fmf fatty pips and power core mufflers boost bottle carbon reeds power flow foam filter wit holes drilled ontop of air box tors eliminated with idle kit and running b8es plugs
  2. Thanks n most recently it jus bogged all way n stalled out in first. Had to choke it to move it but after it cooled down it was good for bout 10min n then started bogging in the high gears then all way down. Was thinking getting stock carbs n getting toomeys and jetting for that from their site any input??

  4. has the FMF fattys has a 145 main jet in it brand new air filter using the mc1 gas and brand new running ngkb7s plugs arent white they look new but wet carbs are cleaned elevation between 100-1510 mostley gonna be at 1510 since we ride upstate new york most of the time had the problem last year n i figured with the bogging it was not enough fuel so i went from the 140 main to the 145 and no change, i have no idea where the needle should be on these cabs or what the pilot size should be or where the air fuel mixture screws should be
  5. got a 97 banshee with boost bottle,full FMF exhaust,reeds,powerflo air box adapter and running foam filter with additional holes in top of the box and came with pwk28mm carbs. runs great in low gears but once it gets to top of 4th and beyond just breaks up i need a starting point for jetting these carbs main jet size needle location and size pilot size
