  1. Okay thanks
  2. Anyone ever use Krylon Fusion? I found a color that I really like and was wondering how that might hold up at least until I can buy some new plastics.
  3. I ride the trails around my town in northern Michigan. I've never been stopped yet but as far as I was told all they do is shove a stick in your silencer and if it stops by a certain point your good to go.
  4. I meant Arrestor stupid auto correct.
  5. I have Toomey silencers and was wondering if I could just take some steel mesh and put it behind the tips? And if so what would be the best material?
  6. Sorry I haven't been on in awhile been working. Just wanted to show everyone the seat cover that VegasJeff did for me. Also have JD working on a custom grill should be done soon will get some pics up once done. Still have to send my crank out to have it trued and welded and get some new bearings put on there but once that's done I'll start reassembling and keep you guys posted.
  7. In need of some Toomey spark arrestors I actually need 3 of them 2 for my banshee and 1 for my sons blaster. Let me know if you guys might have some laying around that you don't need.
  8. Got my seat cover awhile back sorry it took so long been very busy. Here are some pics. It's a memorial seat for my son so instead of R.I.P I came up with riding in paradise because that's what he loved to do was ride. I think it turned out great couldn't be happier. It looks loose because it's not stapled on yet.
  9. already working on something with him don't know what yet but from what i seen he'll come up with something nice
  10. His favorite colors are orange and blue he listens to all kinds of music, he mostly trail rides but we have a big hill in the front he loves to jump. He rides hard and fast makes me proud and scared at the same but that's the way he was all or nothing no matter what he was on bmx, skateboard, dirt bike,or quad he did it all and always had to out do everyone. I will miss the hell out of that kid but i know he's still here and just waiting to go riding. Can't wait till i can get this done and go riding with him again. Thanks guys I know we don't know each other but it means a lot that your thinking about me and my family.
  11. I was just wondering if anyone had built A memorial banshee we just lost or oldest son he was 16 and he loved to ride and I'm currently rebuilding My banshee and want to dedicate it to build to him and was just maybe looking for some ideas and just see what other people have done so i can get some of my own ideas thanks guys.
  12. What is a pancake bearing and what does it do?
  13. Yea I've been checking around on that also.
  14. I used to live just down the road from rush lake in twin dams sub. Now I live off lake fifteen near the school. You still come up here?
  15. Yea sounds like a plan.
  16. I'm up in Atlanta,MI now I used to live down in Vassar, Millington area.
  17. Same color as the one I just picked up looks good.
  18. Yea that's why I was kind of leary. Their numbers look good on paper but I didn't trust the price.
  19. I ride mostly trails but I like to get out in the open and let her rip also. Wouldn't mind making to Silver lake this year also but I think just a mild trail port would probably suit me just fine for now.
  20. Yea I really like the looks of those ambushes looks like they would hold up pretty good and get some traction.
  21. Ok cool I'll try that all so thanks.
  22. search ricky stator on here and you'll find out.
  23. Yea don't need a monster yet especially in the tight trails around here. This is my first banshee and don't have a whole lot of hours on her yet so I was thinking about going with a little more power that would satisfy me (for now anyways). Where can I get my crank trued and welded and whats the benefits of that? And where should I send my stuff out to to get ported? What's the major benefits of a cool head over stock will it make that much of a difference in the trails? I planned on getting an adjustable timing plate and put a stock crossover tube back on (had a boost bottle when I got it). I still want to be able to run pump gas 93 octane cause that's all I can get in this town.
  24. I popped my stator cover off today and was putting a case saver on and decided to grab the flywheel for some reason and it has a slight amount of play. So I'm figuring it's gonna need crank bearings so I might as well build a nice trail setup just wondering what some of my options were and where I should start? Running Toomey t-5's and a set of 2 stage reeds not sure which ones were on when I bought it, stock carbs K&N pods I'm not sure what the bore is and I popped the reeds off and there was no sign of port work. Any suggestions or advice?
  25. Yea I figured I'd go with either 20's or 22's not sure yet.
