  1. you could have him put it together and just send the cylinders out for porting and boring, the crank should be about 500 the stock crank would cost about 350 to fix properly I went with new myself. the MX porting is aroud 350 and the boring is 100 and the only pistons I would get a wiseco they are about 160 to 170. I know it sounds like a lot of $ but well worth it for the power and reliability. I don't know what it would cost for Jeff to do the complete job call him and ask he is great to deal with!! I just got out my credit card and sent my cyls to him, and am still sleeping in the dog house but worth it, and my shee loves my for it.
  2. Welcome to BHQ like Larry's shee said clean the carbs again, varnish gets built up and sometimes takes 2 or 3 cleans to get out. also make sure the slides are in sync. and make sure the filter is clean and oiled properly and sealed to the air box with some grease. you've been bitten by the Banshee bug, it's a great feeling two stroke twins rule
  3. Welcome to BHQ put a hot rods trued and welded crank in it, then have a MX port job done and get it bored to the next over size. I recomend to have one of the site sponsors do it for you, they all have good reputations. Jeff at F.A.S.T racing 1 785 364 5325 can hook you up with everything you need and will steer you in the direction you want to go just tell him how you ride.
  4. went today and got my stuff to paint plastics and found out that bulldog comes in non airisol and is also flexagent for the paint.
  5. x2 thats what our bodyshop uses, it is a spraycan though
  6. I'm in the procese of paintin mine right now, our local paint store steered my toward the buldog plastic primer, and base coat clear coat automotive urathane with flex agent, he says it will not crack or peal off. I'm using same basic steps as Zilla. I will post pics when done. oh I forgot to say welcome to bhq
  7. that stuff is awsome!! we make it to.
  8. no it doesn't on either one
  9. the 115 long ro crank will have less angle on the rod which will reduce side load on the piston for longer life. no hp gains. but the 110 rod crank works fine. the 110 is what I have with no problems. if you build one get it ported and domes cut for the stroker crank by one of the site sponsors I chose F.A.S.T racing worth every penny
  10. kind of cheap price on that boost bottle isn't it? worth 10 times that
  11. those look like great arms especaily at that price! I might get a set for the wifes ltz if they have them for here quad
  12. look two posts below this one lots of pics
  13. offset rims will increase the steering effort, and make the quad dart to one side at high speeds
  14. will those sparkies fit toomey silencers?
  15. chain and sprockets should be replaced in sets! if not you can get excessive wear and break chains
  16. thanks a ported 4mil by fast racing
  17. http://i814.photobucket.com/albums/zz61/toytech_2010/quads/downsized_0808001534.jpg click on link to see
  18. you have to put the clamp on sparkies on
  19. is the shifter shaft loose? may need a new bushng and seal, or the 3 bolt plastic cover may be cracked or loose. clean it all off and watch for the leak shouldn't take long at that rate
  20. either one of those are good sets
  21. usually that happens when the cylinders are worn and theres to much clearance, or maybe it got dropped on install
  22. check the bolt pattern on a blaster hub I beleive it is 110 and fits a banshee axle
  23. if you live in a state that requires sparkarrestors get the turbine core silencers to go with the fattys
  24. also get a case save they are about 30$ through some of the site sponsors, cheaper then cases
