  1. This is a pretty confusing post... are they vf3's or not? what are wilco poisons?
  2. they dont care
  3. x2...thats why i never do!
  4. 1. Enough with the CAPS LOCK....your not yelling, and we can read it regularly sized. 2. You need to have some use a micrometer to measure the inside of your cylinders. Should be [64.something]...Then decide how much your going to take out of the jug itself(bore out to the next size). You WILL need to order pistons, to the corresponding size up from your existing bore, to match your new bore. But any good machine shop SHOULDNT punch out the jug before they have pistons to match, as to check ring gap clearance. Realistically, you could just send your jugs off to a site sponsor, have them bore, hone, any porting you want done....and set you up with a topend package deal. Hope ya got some bucks though.... Just cost me damn near $500 just to bore and replace the topend. Factor in another 250-400 for porting, and youve got yourself a $1k topend.
  5. stock gearing is 14/40-41 i think. 4strokes are always easier to do wheelies on. with speed, my front end will come up in 3-4th gear, and im roughly 180lbs. pull back, gas it, and hope for the best. your on a 2stroke now bud!
  6. pics of the plow please. what year honda was it fitted onto?
  7. wiseco pro lite 513 series. call Wildcard Racing, who is a site sponsor. they can help you out for sure. dont forget your wrist pin bearings. they'll hook ya up on a sweet deal.
  8. shop around. a few site sponsors might be able to help you out with a package deal on some. check out rockymountainatv.com....they have some good shit.
  9. i didnt see the thread. but i did catch the article. dirt wheels is my reading material for those half hour / hour shits
  10. You know Mike, i was totally considering this trip, until i heard about HUGE SPIDERS......i dont do spiders man. especially if theyre big and poisonous....BUT if theres room, i still might take advantage of it, and go. seems like just too good of a trip.
  11. x2 for sure.
  12. its gone already....dudes a flake
  13. Need more info on your bike i think. What are the mods..... and what are your current settings..... first things first, i would make sure both your air/fuel screws are adjusted THE SAME(between1.5 -- 2.0 turns) on both carbs. Its pretty hard i think, to put the slides in backwards. Second, look into your mods, and if you (or previous owner) jetted the bike accordingly, you can rule that out. What is your current jetting? If you took your lid off, and it seems like it got better, it sounds like it migh tbe a jetting issue
  14. so how much for the plastcs........
  15. If you were gonna try cleaning the reeds, i would use gasoline i suppose. thats what theyre made for, and straight gas is sometimes used as a solvent. As far as the the carbon in the pipes... ive heard that tossing a handful of screws and bolts into the pipe, with some gasoline(NOT premix) and shaking the headers around for a few minutes will loosen and remove some carbon build up. As far as removing the carbon on the exhaust port, which is what i think your asking. Just put some carb cleaner, or another type of contact cleaner, on a rag and wipe it off until its clean.... Just make sure all the nuts and bolts that are supposed to be tight, are tight. All fluids topped off.... If your gonna do a topend rebuild, just make sure you clean the base of the cylyinder(where they meet the lower half) very well, as to not knock dirt into your tranny and whatnot. Also, where the head meets the jugs. If your having the jugs bored and honed for a true FRESH topend, make sure you clean out your jugs before you put them back on your bike. Once its together TORQUE your base and head studs accordingly in the right order, and to the right specs(torque to 10lbs, then go back and retorque to 15lbs, and then again to 20lbs) .............make sure you retorque everything you put back together, after a few heat cycles, and again after a ride. Dont doubt yourself, its an easy process.
  16. i almost had a hard time reading that. but it was hilarious.
  17. x2....its a shitload easier to do it with the fuel tank off, its only 4 bolts. and its a shitload easier to remove the tank, than pull the motor.
  18. thats pretty funny though
  19. A young guy walks into a bar. An old drunk sits with a shoe box on the stool next to him.The guy asks, "What's in the box?"The older guy says matter-of-factly, "A South American Blow Job Toad."The young guy looks around. "Can I try it?"The older guy nods. The young guy goes to the men's room and returns 20 minutes later."That was amazing," he says, "You've got to sell it to me."The old drunk concedes to sell the toad for a hefty sum. The happy young man struts home and meets his wife at the door."Where the hell have you been? What's in the box?" she demands."South American Blow Job Toad.""So?" asks the wife."So, teach it to cook and get the f**k out." [
