Quaggy

I am currently running a trex cylinder bored 2 sizes over at 73mm. I was told today that its at its maximum bore and i'll need a re-sleeve next time. Is this true? I'm finding it hard to beleive you can only get 1mm bored out of these things and they're at their maximum?
