  6. its on alky and have bigger bowls with two power jets. its a feeling like your shifting from 1st straight in 4th when you go from 5th to 6th.......almost like its missing a gear in between 5-6 may just be those vito cylinders are just not keep the motor in the pipe

  9. i thought WCR was the BEST!!! at cutting trannys.......BUT!! i have helped some one with a 1-5 nd 1-6 standrad n and a micro polished nd 1-5 and ALL have trouble shifting under a load!! THE 1-6 also falls off the pipe badly everytime you go into 6th gear,its like the 6th gear is to tall,i dont know if he change the ratio or something but it falls of hard in 6th. also got a 1-4 m 5-6 that wont shift at all some times then other times it shifts fine who else cuts good 1-5 ??

  13. what is the rear boost port? are we talking about a triple ported cylinder here ? any pic of all these ports with names ? pictures would really help us learners understand whats being talked about.
  14. well i went from small bore CPI's to big bore sheares and i cound not feel a difference. i may need to track test them to see what works the best,being that i can really feel any difference motor is a 421 cub on alky. got some 40mm PWK i need to try again the 37mm mikuni carbs,doubt theres much gain there either
  15. When is a bigbore pipe needed ? would a 421 cub or vito benefit from a bigbore? what would the bike do if you put bigbore pipes on a smaller motor ? lose lowend/topend/etc

  20. south carolina its a 3mil bore 3mil stroke cylinderworks judging by the snow in your sig id guess your far away from me because we dont get any snow down here.
  21. i want to trade my 450 for a nicely modded banshee or a 4-10mil cub motor,pipe and carbs 450 is well built and runs strong

  23. Ok im doing the (10mm) cylinder tranfers windows,look at where the piston stops at BDC.
  24. i find it hard to believe a 4mil DM makes more that a 14mil super cob.
  25. its running like a monkey with 20 bumble bees stinging him on is azz!!! it made a really good increase in power from what i can feel. oh and how can you tell if the powerjets are open to much ? the plugs look new/wet with no burn spots on them
