Hey i found a tooth missing on this tranny but im not sure which gear it is....im thinking its 3rd..just want to order the right one,so who knows what gear this is ? this is a WCR N-D 1-5 OVERRIDE......IT came out a 10milcub if that has anything to do with why this happen.....maybe too much power?

  5. well i did not build this engine,im rebuilding it for him. when i got it that was how things were setup.
  6. it was .040 squish,wide squish band,20cc domes,180psi,+12 timing,and 68mm bore
  7. is .040 to low for a 10mil cub ?
  8. i have the slides and cap...no cable i dont know all the setting,but i know they work good,just when to 39mm carbs because it was on a 10mil cub motor.
  9. stock stroke HR crank do not come welded...i dont know if they trued or not. the first crank in this thread was a HR stock stroke.
  10. well i put in a weld stock crank,but it was only weld on the outside pins and well i think its coming apart again.....i used the same top case and a different bottom case this time. take a look and tell me what you think?...is it coming apart ?
  11. i would like to get it but the hardware needed cost $260,so thats my problem now if the price of this swinger was around $100 i would consider buying it.

  15. I HAVE a set of T-5 AND T-6 THE T-5 are black T-6 chrome these are full sets of pipes for $225 you get all both sets also some 36mm carbs setup for alcohol..$150 text if intertested...843-303-0898
  16. i just got more info on the crank.....this crank came from vito BRANDNEW it came apart and was sent BACK to VITO ... fixed and sent back weld just like you see here...so this is the second time this crank came apart,first time was in a different motor i doubt the cases have anything to do with it being that this has happen in different cases with different flywheels. i took the crank to a local machine shop and he said the pin is a much hard metal than the webs and thats why the welds are not holding
  17. can you tell me or do you have a pic ? i dont use those springs anymore because of those marks on the forks,tranny seems to shift just fine without them,and had i built this motor i would not have put them in there.
  18. well its not my bike,i just built and repair them. my friends boss has ran these vito 10mil and it came apart on him 3 times....the crank in this bike is only a few months old...so this makes 4 vito cranks that failed this years in two different motors. the welds are how they came from VITO. the owner of the bike bought a TDR 10mil this time,so i guess we'll see what happens....oh and i'm also changing flywheel,and getting a TZbearing the top case is fine but the bottom wont let the half moon key go in the groove,so im changing the bottom half.
  19. my bearing went out on my stock crank the same way as this one did.
  20. also i thought that running springs on the shift forks was suppose to prevent wear on the forks ??!
