  1. but def check the tips of the float needles tho. if it looks torn or cracked then replace it. there should be a black rubber tip on them.
  2. i know you have heard this a 100 times but you might have your floats swapped. theres people out there that think you can mix and match them cuz there the same carbs etc etc. but you cant. as far as i have been told is you dont mix up any right side carb parts with the left side carb parts. just incase you might be questioning that. now since its getting warmer out id try like stated before. take the little air filters off and put the setup that came with it one there and see what it does. just trying to help man they take timew and alot of patiants. good luck bro

  4. check your gap on your flywheel make sure there both the same. its kinda hard to determan(sp) what it is when its a single carb but good luck to ya man.

  6. now this might be a shot in the dark but you said a chunk of rubber was inside of ur carb? have you checked your float needle cuz the tips of those have some rubber on it. maybe it rotted out and broke apart and would cause it to run to rich or to lean or some shit. just a guess

Well i was having a problem with a jerking almost teeth jumping feeling. found out half the teeth on my rear sprocket were shaved almost all the way off. and on top of it the chain was a lil to loose(thanks to some fellow members here) i put a 41 back on, modded the swinger some, and it fits perfect with spot on chain slack and i took her out today with the ol lady and it doesnt do it anymore and she loves riding on the shee. so i figured id share incase anyone ever has this problem then thats what id check first. thanks again to the ones who helped. il put up a pic of the rear sprocket later

  12. yea its weird but its the only way to fit my 13 front properly. idk since the chain is streched out a lil bit from riding on a new chain i might try and fit a 41 back on the rear and see what that does. i hope i can figure this out. i dont think it would be anything internal would it? maybe possibly my tires and or tires size?
  13. sorry bout that. meant to say it was to loose and had to take a link out because with the carrier all the way slid back it still had alot of slack in it like way to much. and as of now when i sit on it it tightens up to be perfect. when im not sitting on it it has like 2 fingers of up and down movment. im getting another 40 tooth tonight so im hoping it will fix it
  14. i had brand new sprockets on it before but it had to much slack gearing then was 13/41 i figured the slack in the chain was causing it. so i went and got a blaster rear sprocket(40) and took a link out and now its 13/40 with perfect chain slack but then my buddy today told me my sprocket was about shot i look down and was like damn. half my teethe where half way gone.lol. an das far as my carrier bearings go i think there good but il double check them reason why i say that is because this is a different carrier then before also cuz the top bolt hole was all walood(sp) out and i got a better one and a bigger bolt for the new one and it still does it. so im clue less.

Welll heres what it does while normal riding its fine. but when your going up a hill or thru somedeep soft sand you get a jerking almost jumoing teeth feeling. my chain slack is exact i did notice my rear sprocket teeth arent great but it was doing it before i put this sprocket on. so im at a lose and im hoping someone can help me out. thanks fellas

  18. i like my tires but there old as shit.lol Kenda Rampages 22". they hook like you wouldnt beleave in gravel,bigger grit sand(cuz i havent been in the fine stuff yet) mud,and hard pack trails. what it mostly comes down to is what you want and what the budget is you have for tires. good luck man
  19. id go back to stock gearing like stated above 14/41. if ur geared down to low i almost bet your going to have to get a new chain also so it will be long enough. would also say def go with a timing plate like also stated and put it at +4. Then the rest is up to you and how far you want to go with it.
