it was the parking brake. Imma dumb ass!

It has no parking brake and tors is deleted. Sea level 280 mains, stock pilot, needle down one notch from stock.

99 w/fmf fatty's, pro flow, stock carbs. I've tried multiple jetting setting and even, tried different carbs. I'm convinced it's something obvious and stoopid that I overllokked. It had tors elim. kit but I can't get this thing to run right or rev up at all. Any ides?? Thanks.

I have a 99 shee with tors elim. kit .that had the left carb dropped and bent the choke plunger. It fires right up but it has the loudest bog I have ever heard and it wont rev. It is really loud around K and N when I take the seat off. It's jetted with 27.5's and 320 mains with FMF fatty's. I messed with jetting trying multiple combos and nothing. Are my carbs done? I've tried almost everything. I'm on the verge of hitting up ebay for new carbs. Any ideas. It seem like it's not getting any fuel. I think it had some bad gass run thriugh it as well so I cleaned the hell out of them. Any ideas? Thanks
