I don't know for sure, how can you tell ? is there a measurement ?

This may be a stupid question, but what do the timing marks on the flywheel represent ? and is there a TDC mark on the flywheel ? How far advanced is the stock timing ? I can't seem to find any of this info, any help would be great, Thanks.
