i have ohmed out my whole harness wire by wire. nothing excessive or a lot higher than others. is it possible for stator test to have good resistance test and still be bad? thanks again for all advice.

plug caps ok.

yes. ran fine one day. went to ride following weekend. did not start. black box is removed. no e-brake. both switches test fine.

just found this site and like it already. hoping to get advise on my 87. iget no spark on either plug. new cdi box and plug coil. have ohmed out complete harness; no breaks. tested stator and pickup coil. ok according to clymer manual specs. stock flywheel seems ok. i have pulse from green wire from stator. should i have pulse from red wire when kicking it over? tors unit is removed. cant afford to just through parts at it. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks again in advance for any help.
