  12. ya and thanks dajogejr. Me and Matt elkins sent you my tranny and your buddy evan cut my tranny for a dunable tranny and it shifts awesome. and my problem was my key way fell out, so there was no timing and one carb didnt have a pilot jet and the other carb had a 48 pilot jet. so then i went to 55 pilots and got 170 mains and it hauls ass. Everyone told me 39's were too big for passion's motor cuz it's only a aggressive dune port, but jim's exhaust port is huge on this thing and all his other ports. But it's a ripper so obviously the 39's are fine for this motor. it's a 380 4 mill passion, not the biggest motor out there but it's setup right. thanks guys for the help.
  13. just thinking about trading off my cpi inframes, there wicked the silencers mount underneath your seat. awesome shape, silencers will need to be repacked but thats all. i'll email pictures or text ya pictures if people are interested.
  14. ya but when you take off it takes a while to hit the powerband and really boggy
  15. ya i'll let ya know tomorow, i'll see what needle we have and the pilot jet is and the main is at 160 right now. there's just no bottom end power right now.
  16. no this bike is strictly for sand dunes drag racing or drag strips ...ppl on here said they ran 39's with the 4 mill passion and it ripped thats why my buddy had some 39 pwk's for his 421 cub and built a 10mill and thats why were trying them on my passion..all i did yesterday was ran it with 170's and it was to rich then went down to 160's and still to rich...not sure where the clip is on the needle, or the needle thats in it or the pilots...will mess around with it this week.....any help is appreciated thanks guys
  17. not sure of the elevation but i live in michigan...some ppl told me that they used 39's on the passion 4 mill and it was a ripper and other ppl tell me its going to be too big of carb, but we got the 39 pwk's so we wanna try it. any help will be much appreciated.
  18. ran it today for the first time and its way too rich.. had 170's and was too rich then went down to 160's and still to rich...does anyone know the right jet setup for these carbs..maybe the piolet jet and main jet.
  19. now did you loose lot of bottom end or did you still have lot of power all the way down the track or dunes
  20. well my motor is the 370cc passion and this thing is hogged out, they exhaust ports r huge...anyways im going to run 34mm mikuni for now but i want the best carb for this motor so i can get the most out of this engine
  21. okay me and a buddy r in the process of building a 4mill passion stroker with duneable override tranny and lockout and the whole works, the guy we bought the cylinders from was running 35pwk's and he had it dyno at 76hp, so i was wondering what carbs people were running for this setup and we got a pair of 38 keihin pwk's but we were wondering if thats going to be too much or not? any advice or input would help. i got 34mm mikuni's that im going to run for now but also have the 38's but wanna know a good setup or the best setup for this motor. thanks
