  1. Got one from Andy at M&M. Thanks Andy! Service was great, very cool guy to deal with.
  2. Hey guys, I need this thing in my hands by wednesday morning. Who has one? or where can I order and get 2 day shipping? Thanks, Greg
  3. I run Castor 927 @ 32:1 on alky. Mix my purge gas at around 20:1
  4. Dune ported 4mil by HJR on alky with ALL the supporting mods would get you there. I spent 1500 in just the motor and I already had carbs, pipes, cool head, shocks, etc. Still gotta buy a swinger and some better tires. Little bastard wheelies like no other in the first 4 gears now lol
  5. Ladder style? What kind of carrier?
  6. Need a beefy swinger for my duner. Worried more about strength than weight savings on that bike. Pm'd locogato with no response yet. Was looking at the swingarm shop on ebay. Where should I buy?
  7. Hey man, what size are the 10 paddles? Thanks Greg
  8. I have one for you. Came out of my 02 with low hours. Was running perfectly, just pulled it out to do a 4mil. 100bucks plus the ride and it's yours. Greg
  9. I have a good stock crank I took out of my running 02 to do a 4mil. 120 shipped. First one to paypal or send me the money gets it. I've had 2 guys say they are sending the money but it never shows up... [email protected] for paypal or pm me and we can work something ou.
  10. You will need to check your compression when you get it all assembled.... If it's over 145 or so I'd be mixing some race gas to bring your octane up to around 96+. That depends on how much timing you plan to run as well though... For oil I use Maxima Castor 927 and mix it around 35:1
  11. How much you askin for that +4 ?
  12. Well you will gain more bottom end and tons more mid range, as well as a motor that can run up to 80+ hp on gas if you set it up right. I can let it pull in the midrange now, where as a stock stroke it would have died off the pipe completely. What I would suggest is to call Kevin and have him give you a quote on what you'll need to put a good 4mill together. There are a lot of little things that go into it that are easy to overlook. Plan on spending about 1200-1500 bucks in the motor, before suspension or anything else. You'll need your stock cylinders ported for a 4mil, cylinders bore and hone, new top end (pistons) kit, 4mil domes, seal kit, crank (hot rods is the only way to go), etc. Here is Kevin's page with his 4mil packages on it http://herrjugsracing.com/Porting_Motor_packages.html Don't forget to get a pingel and remember to drill out your gas cap!
  13. You should take several different sizes of jets and some extra spark plugs and do a plug chop when you get there. Not tough at all to get it dialed in.
  14. All you have to do is take a pingle and let it flow into your prover cup with a stop watch. See how many liters it puts out in say, 30 seconds then multiply by 2 to get LPM. Then do the same with your modded stock valve and compare... Of course things would change when there is a suction on the valves with the engine running, because of the larger internal passageways of the pingel as Kevin was saying, it would give you a good indication of how it compares though. Another thing that needs to be addressed is the restrictive stock tee in the fuel lines... and drilling out the gas cap as Kevin said too. Not gonna get any more fuel out if you can't get any more air in, and if you can't push the fuel through that puny stock tee.
  15. "Charitot Performance" LMFAO Go to school in Kansas?
  16. Can you get me a good up close pic of the front of the blade on one of the haulers? How much ride time on them? If they are in good shape I'll take them from you, would just like to see an up close pic.
  17. I had no problem with bigred, on the tires HE let me borrow to try out. I didn't want ultra lites for fear I would destory them. slowpoke (new name for bike) is getting 22" 10 paddle extremes. Frickin ripped with those on there, would wheelie hard on launch if I didn't watch it.
  18. Hey Curt, what's up man! I already have a duner so it may very well stay just as it is. Depends on how much action I get, and if there's any competition LOL. and yes, it does run very hard... I said you and Jeff did an outstanding job building it and I meant it. Believe me she will be well taken care of. Bigred definitely doesn't have much for your state, I actually liked your little place in the woods though. I wanted to stay and go fishing but he would hear none of it LOL. Take care
  19. TORS is throttle over ride switch. It's the big retarded boxes on top of your stock carbs. You can just unplug them and that will prevent them from working. They keep the throttle from sticking wide open, that's their purpose. They make tuning a pain, and are in the way ALL THE TIME. You can get a TORS delete kit that comes with the non-tors carb caps, new throttle cable, and idle screws for which you have to drill and tap your carbs...
  20. Definitely send it to Herr Jugs Racing and get some porting. Tell him your riding style and he will set you up. Porting, a top end kit, bore and hone would run you 500 or a little more maybe. Next would be to get rid of your stock carbs.
  21. If you can't figure it out you really don't have any business doing it. You'll probably just hurt yourself
  22. List out your mods... I would go for some porting.
  23. Most of you guys on here are pretty fuckin lame...
  24. Not to mention wasted performance...
  25. I sincerely hope you have nice day. Later
