Get a slightly older Kodiak. I bought the wife an 01 Kodiac 400 4x4 and it's a great quad. All auto, shift on the fly 4x4, 4Lo, winch...ect. It's a nice ride and I paid $2000 for it.

Since we are on the subject........ My 2000 that my son rides is stuck in 2nd after Sundays ride. He was hillclinbing, went to shift to second and the shifter went way up, found neutral and all was fine for a bit....... Then it was stuck in second, can't get neutral at all, or anything else. I have done some research, I think I can figure it out simple enough......but any Ideas guys?????

I was talking to one of my buddies, and he is selling his Raptor 700, so I think I am going to get that. He wants $4000 for it, I can prolly get it a little cheaper maybe. I'm riding with him Sunday so I'm going to check it out.

Yeah, I was thinkin of a yfz 450 actually. I can get into one for about 3g's where I live, maybe less even. And it would not get a thing done to it.........I'd just ride it.

So I'm getting some settlement $$$$ at the first of the year, and was thinkin about a trail quad. And turning the Shee into a full on duner. it would need to be somewhat inexpensive....$3500ish... and still be able to beat my buddies and their 700's. Input? What would you guys ride????

I was wondering cause a buddy has some that he'll give me if I want them. But are they better that stock Banshee shocks? They are...what, like an inch longer, but is there really a difference other than that? So.......better than stock? Stay with the Banshee shocks? What do you guys think??
