Are the silencers spark arrested? would you separate just the silencers or sell it all as 1? I could d 250 cash. right now i have FMF fatties in perfect condition, dont know if you would be interested in trading for some cash, but you can email pics to [email protected]. Thanks for all the replies, ill quite being so dutch now and go buy a set of turban core's , but do they need to be the turban cores Q's or can they just be regular turban cores? both are spark arrested. they had a set at DAR for 280, but they were the Q's Bansheejoel, were you up there saturday? it was fricken freezing and windy, good time but cold.

How can you tell if a hush kit is spark arrested? Will they fit on a set of FMF fatties if i get the toomy silencers with it? how much would a set of silencers and hus kit be worth?

bring it up, i would like to see it, dont get me wrong diesels can make big numbers easy, it just takes money. I take $hit on a daily basis for driving a v10 sary if im a little defensive. When i originally was talking about " beating up on oil burners" it was only a joke the bad thing about the Internet is you cant tell when people are being dead serious, or just joking around. I dont like to advertise what i have, over the Internet i dont care, but in real life you wouldn't be able to tell its supercharged unless i open the hood. I like it because i can guarantee that there isn't one person you know or any of your buddies know that own a superchared v10, and thats why i like it it stands out. Im sure you have run into alot of douchebags with v10s and think that just cause they have 2 more cylinders they think its a fricken rocket ship, just like the kids that have a diesel that they put a tuner on and it makes a little smoke so they think its the coolest thing since sliced bread and faster than any other moterized viechale ever made. Ill see you up at silver (if its not raining, or snowing)lol Its just like banshees, you will never have the fastest, the coolest, or the nicest there is always someone out there that owns one thats a little better. all it takes is money.

I was totally joking when i said that, i really dont care either, but now i do, 1) ford stopped making the 7.3L in 2003 due to the fact it could never meet EPA regulations, it was the best diesiel ford ever made, the power stroke and the IDI non turbo ( I own one) 2) ford made its bastard child 6.0L to replace it, it was plagued with problems from 2004 up not all were but they had tons of problems, bad wiring harnesses, bad injectors, turbos that would go out, coolant in the oil ect. the list goes on and on even the new 6.4L twin turbo job 1's have qiut a few problems. 3) Ford still makes the V10 it came out in 99 and replaced the 460 gasser, In 02 ford upgraded the heads to a PI and it made like 310 hp and 425 ftlbs stock then in 05 ford upgraded to the 3v heads and they make 362 hp and 457 ft lbs (thats no joke) FORD STILL MAKES THE v10 and it might be replaced in 2010 by a 7+ letter v8 and the 5.4 will be replaced by the 6.2L huricane engine (or boss) 4)I have never seen 8mpg's and it really annoys me when people who have never owned or driven one try to rag on it, you dont know. on the highway i get 14 and in the city/pulling trailers/ off roading i get 10 5) hey maybe your dads truck is faster, i dont care it was 6k+ than my truck just to buy it then another 5K+ (it realy sounds more like 10K from what you listed) so thats 11+ more than what i have in my truck, and you buy 4.20 gas, your oil changes cost around a 100. My truck can beat most (fricken cummins) diesel that has a chip exhaust and cold air, after that when people get into bigger turbos bigger injectors ect, then i cant. I may not know a lot about banshees but i know my $hit about fords, trust me, I dont have 1 emblem on my truck that says supercharged, just so when i role up to a powerjoke (that probaly realy pissed you off lol) and smoke it, they dont know what hit them. thats my 2 cents how you like them apples

I wish i had a doller for everytime someone tried to tell me the v10s are gutless, because they know someone who has a buddy who owns one who one time tried to pull a fishing boat ect. I would be rich

I live in Gr and apperiate the offer ( ever body on Hq is so fricken nice, some of the other forums im on arnt anywere near this way) But i have to take the truck for the lady friend, I think im just going to bit the bu lit this week and go buy some Turban core 2's ( i dont think i would have to rejt again would I?) with the sparkies in them for like 260 i think, so im going to try to get a 100 for my race cut Power core 2's ( is that to much?) Also i dont mid taking my truck up there, It has a V10 and a Kenne Bell Supercharger in it (it does work!), i dont like beating on it, thats kind of why i want to start riding the shee up there, but i heard the drag strip is smooth as glass and some Gasser has to go there and beatup on those crappy oil burning diesels every ones and a while. lol

If its the one in MI I have seen it go through for 3100 or 3700 (this was like 3 weeks ago) I dont think the bank is goan let it go that cheap, i was hoping to pick it up for 2000 but theres alot of interest in it and they couldn't get it started, i think due to the could, also the oil is so full on it that when up take the dip stick out oil pours out. It is a nice looking machine and i would bid it up to 4000 if i had the money but good luck

Went and got a price for clamp on sparkies, 74 a side so its going to be 140 plus, ad with the rase cut silencers i dont know if they would let me on because of noise. at this point im wondering if i could throw my factory silencers on the FMF pipes and run it that way up at the dunes, would there b any danger of ruining anything if i tried this?

I put a case saver on a few weeks ago, it was the one off ebay and to install you have to take the three bolts out of the plasticcorver by the chain and install three new SS hex head bolts. I did this and tightened them really well but it seem that there is oil leaking form behind the case saver now, like i dont have a good seal, also that plastic cover popped off when installing the case saver, i put it back on right away but i dont know if that could have affected anything. any advise would be great.

I had a ton of side play with my j arms around an 1" side to side, all i did was buy a bushing kit and replaced the to bushings and it take care of it, no more play, just a thought.

it was a deal but i have been waiting all winter for something like this to come along, there are 2 new sets on craigslist right now added sun i think, those look like a good seal to, if i see anything else local somewhere i let you know if you want.

So far i have bought and installed - kn pro flow air filter - FMF fatties with race cut silencers (that need spark arrestors) - Tether kill switch - Case saver - sand skate 2's 8 paddle 20X11X9 - Rejeted to 280 mains - replaced the j arm bushings That's all i can think of right now. The only problem im running into is the spark arrestors, i dont know what to do, i think there power core 2's but i haven't been able to find something to run. Any advise.
