  1. Idle screws move the slides up and down. The carbs are brand new but will check the jetting.
  2. OK, will get back to you.
  3. We adjusted those back and forth it did not make a difference in starting. It will not start on its own. TORS never existed and not plugged in.
  4. We know how difficult jetting can be sometimes, that's why when we test our exhausts we also adjust the jetting to see what works best. Sometimes stock jetting works fine, other times a slight adjustment is needed. Here is what we've come up for in our area and is a great starting point for you as well. There are way too many variables in jetting to give you a recommendation that works perfect. Use these specs for a reference to help aid you with your specific bike. We developed these specs with a 32:1 fuel to oil mixing ratio of a 50/50 mix of race fuel and super unleaded, 0 - 1500 ft altitude at 70 degrees outside temperature. Your choice: YAMAHA --> 2002 --> BANSHEE Select another bike Jetting Information Main Jet: 260 Pilot Jet: N/A Needle: STOCK Needle Position: 3RD Power Jet: N/A Air Screw: 1.5 Fuel Screw: N/A Comments: Remove airbox lid snorkel
  5. Stock carbs, FMF pipes and SST used jets from that came with the pipe kit. Temp is 90 degrees and elevation in Richardson Texas I do not know.
  6. 2002 Banshee built from the ground up. Converted to Motion Pro twist throttle so I have installed the idle screw kit. I have to use ether to get it started even after it warms up. What am I missing here? Sounds like I am not getting fuel. ACE
  7. No I am building it from the ground up so I had to buy alot of small parts lateyl....... Thanks for everyones help.
  8. I found a picture there is mount which holds the radiator and the front plastic. I also found it on the partsfiche. So I just need to order it and ready to go....
  9. I am looking for help to install the radiator on 99 Banshee that I am building from the ground up. I know where the top mounts but where do the sides mount. I looked on Partsfiche and do not see radiator mounts for the sides. I also went to Richardon Motorsports and they did not have a Banshee I could look at. Please fill me in before I go crazy........
