    I have 421 cub, +12 swingarm, 22x11x8 12 pdl extremes, weigh 220, 5 speed trans. I run 300' with 14-41 gears, leave in 2nd. works well for the 300' but 500' would need a 15 up front or 6 spd tranny.

    how thick is your base gasket in these pics? If you are worried about the top ring, run a thicker base gasket or a spacer to get a clearance you are comfortable with it.

    Yellow wire is lights from mag. You will need a regulator to not blow lights. It is a small square box under the seat with a blue wire.

    Question #35 has been edited. Remember guys, I did not write this article, I only copied and pasted it from many (many) years ago.     If they are Lectron carbs, call Packard. They will hook you up. If they are any other brand, it is way more complicated than that...

    If I remember correctly, it was about $40 for the small bottle. I been trying to get the next larger size but all the HVAC guys keep those out all the time.

    That's the one I got. Had to buy the first bottle. Swap for free after that. Costs me under $10 to swap for full bottle.

    The difference will be the later models had the TORS switch.

    Adjust throttle to open only half way. There is a stop screw on the back of the thumb housing.
