  1. I just got mine yesterday in the mail,WCR said two qts ATF,run it in 1st with clutch pulled in for 1st minute to make sure pinion is lubed well.change fluid often.

The set-up on my sig is bolted to the arm,I made it with diamond plate and a brake,my old set-up like tony said bolts onto the back slider.I bought a peice of aluminum angle cut the front on an angle bolted it to the top chain roller hole,got it to the height I wanted made a flat bracket off rear slide up to peice of angle and bolted it together,with that set-up I had to strut the rear

The first cub I ever built was Highroller355s on this site,he has 20cc domes and kicks 190psi,we ran it like that at first,but it was fighting itself up top with some timing into it,we backed down 20psi added timing and she ripps up top now.I was instructed to do so by people on this site and they were rite

  9. Call Jeff from FAST,I put together a 4mil 421 cleanup port cub that absolutely screams and my boy is happy,depends on riding style,if your going to lug it around the trails you dont want a cub

I have a good friend that was getting his shit powder coated before I knew about this site,we got the joints out of the arm with some picklefork looking tool he had at his auto shop.We got it out put it back but has allways been ? to me ,they felt loose to me,but hes been riding it for 4yrs like that,slow wheelies on the street all day smashinmg on the front end down.I personally would never risk it but peoplr that dont know try shit

  12. Not every carb set up has a tunable air jet cicuit,30mm mikuni set-up I ran one because I coulnt find a happy medium with the pilot jet,other than that SUDCO said they dont ship them with an air jet,unless requested.or thats what he told me when I asked him why I didnt have one

  16. I have put alot of round house set-ups together on shees ,everyone made me shake my head,I made my own for my bike out of aluminum stock,took two tries but its tight
  17. It will run,but it wont last long,and you might have caught major failure before it happened here,you will start to collapse the skirts of pistons and they wont stay straight in the bore
  18. Pull the clutch cover off and see what kind of carnage is in there,take pics and get back

    Nj,cecil county is not a bad ride,and its a fun day if you spend some time,bbq,tents,I go large to the track,food I mean,by the way my shits not done yet
  21. I run at sea level,39pwks on a drag port,set-up for 1/4mile,195 mains 55pilots its perfect rite there and its a 4mil.

Its nice because he says its a 4mil crank,but the motor is on its last bore if you break something you will need new cylinders.As for the carbs there way better than stock and have way less issues than stock carbs will need minimal maintnance.Me personally I would never give him 2500 for it tho,just out of principle,times are hard rite now try to get it for $2000,if not im sure you can find something nicer for 2500 in nicer condition

Another problem you run into is the heat and compression of a drag port motor,my bike runs +7 timing,high compression on gas,all this complimants the port but also gets crazy hot,I think you would have heat issues,I have ridden my bike in trails and woods,but took some tune out of it,it was still alot to handle on a narrow trail with rocks and shit
  24. What exactly is a switch,a pilot screw goes in the carb,a switch is electrical,If you bought new carb tops and cables and eliminated old TORS caps you need to unplug the little black box underneath left side of gas tank if your sitting on the bike,good luck
