I have a 421 cub at my house for tuning,it has 35mm PWK,190psi,+4 timing,shearer inframes.It had 170 mains,52 pilots when it got here.i rode it a couple of times and rejetted.Im down to a 162 main.50 pilot and the bike feels pretty good My question is what is everyone running with a similar set-up,im at sea level and 70 degrees the cub has a clean up port (stock)
  2. i know a blaster axle will fit a banshee,but it has to be a new style blaster with the hydrolic brakes
  3. someone got it rite,.003 is the number,bore guage is needed to do it properly,i have seen it a 100 times,cars have loose clearance unless its a race motor,I have also seen supposed to be reputable bore and hone shops around here screw up even with me giving them the clearance I want.your cylinder could be egged

  5. I have a full drag port from FAST,its a hairy ride,plenty of bottom and middle too,I have also tuned bikes from passion,hjr,speedfreaks,homeported bikes,nothing runs like mine,but set-up to complement the port is just as important

  7. What is your piston to cylinder clearance after hitting it with the hone,what type of stones did you use on the nikasil,whats the end gap on the rings,if you say its a cheetah cub can your powervalve be hanging up

Im doing this for another site member although its going to break my heart ,Highroller 355 is selling his bike #1-07 raptor 700r bone stock with low hours,red frame,fuel injected asking $4500 ,he will trade for good condition Fox body mustang (1993 and down) #2 is the heart breaker I have a ton of time into this bike 421 cub,39pwks,straight cuts,after market j-arms,pingel,ladder bar style +7 roundhouse,durablue adjustable axle,shaw comps in front,rebuilt shockworks shock in back,american racers in back on red labels,scooter tires in front on red labels,billet bowls,powder coated cases, black Fast head w/20cc domes, its got alot of shit lets put it that way,all the stuff to go back in dirt,not just a dragger,the motor literally has one two tanks of gas through it,the bike was just down to the frame every bushing,bearing replaced,he also has shit still to go on it,yfz calipers,new spindles,ohtsu tires douglas rims,front holeshots $6000 Hes open too offers someone make an offer ,contact me hes not on the site as much as me,he is looking to get into a street car this summer Pictures are in his sig Highroller355

My kicker is fine recoiles perfect,115psi is bad for a fresh rebuild,if its not kicking rite chances are it wasnt put together rite.The spring isnt in correct.I understand there getting more hard to find,but your buying a bike thats not together #1 #2-the motor builder quit on the build(why?) #3-the builder messes up you just wasted 25hundo #4-does he have reciepts?who doesnt keep them this day in age #5-its worth the money to have it checked out,around $250 for tear down and inspection, but if something is wrong or out of spec you will be into it for well over $3000,I dont know how nice it is but you can find sick deals on here,my advise is be patiant Good luck

  15. Everyone will be diffrent,my bike shifted well with no tranny mod,but three others dont .Ill try and adjust your shift shaft when we do the pancake bearing,maybe something came out of line.I would think if forks and shit were bad there would have been a mention of it from Jim,

  17. Who ported them? Ive ported cylinders myself that have good bottom end and im no expert.Try leaning the pilot ,whats your compression at.

  19. My squish is .050 jetting is spot on.In my past experiance with nitro it needed big jets,so big that the tubes needed to be drilled,the more fuel i gave it the better it ran,ruined 35mm pwks tho

  21. It did nothing on a stroked R1 with big comp,I was in a pinch with gas on the street so I tryed it ,it says it treats 10 gallons ,I used the whole thing in tank and ended up towing it home b4 I fucked it up,Pre-det like a bastard
  22. I run the 17-40 with straight cut gears in the taller ratio with a sixth gear for the 1/4,I think im gonna be short on the 1/4 now.I just put oofs on it with the overide and she boogies through the gears
  23. I run pretty much the same piece on gas,whats your gearing at for the 1/8 I might be forced to run the 1/8th against someone and my bike is set for the 1/4

  25. Make sure your space is equal on the shift shaft,there is an eccentric slotted bolt w/locknut if adjustment is needed
