is the cable routed the same way, that can throw off the adjustment big time . just from one side of the bars to the other or any small changes like that could do it.

basket is brand new .i think it might be the bearing inthe clutch arm that the cable hooks up to ,i will check tonight hopefully .its not a little noise anymore .it got much louder ,so i think somethiing is definetly wrong. and its on the stater side rite by that arm ,not the clutch side .thanks for all the input any other suggestions feel free need all the help i can get.thanks again

where is that located by the little clutch arm i was talking about if so how hard to change that and can i order the part from local dealer ship or would i get it faster from somewhere else

it use to sound like a bad throw out bearing on a stick car .and it just got much louder.does that help at all?

it sounds like its coming fromthe clutch arm that the clutch cable hooks up to.If you pull the clutch in it goes away let the clutch out a few seconds later it comes back,also at idle, if i bring it off idle maybe 500rpm it will go away, let it idle few seconds it comes back. now my push rod had some blue marks from heat , from the side that goes in the motor by the clutch arm ,could it be that or i think there is a bearing in clutch arm could that be bad and does it spin alot if so how hard is it to change that bearing and seal.

ya he works for a place i think. Just wanna say his work is awesome. I have some parts that he has powder coated and they look great and are strong. i highly recommend just my .02

just opened her up for the first time hinson basket with stock pressure plate and i guess carrier or what ever its called that holds the discs.7 disks. also it was making a ton of noise on the clutch lever side almost like a throw out bearing went bad in a stick car .if i would bring the idle up just off idle or pull the cluch in the noise would stop ,let it back out or bring it back to low idle wait a couple sec the noise comes back. theres a nut and bolt in the middle of the pressure plate mine have alot of play are they suppose to be tight
