Hi guys, i am looking to buy a good front suspension kit. I don't need the top of the line everything, i need something reliable at a good price. So if you have good suggestions of where to look for it let me know. I already check Alba and they have a good deal i think, let me know what you think.

Ok i research the whole forum and i still don't know what to think. Its everytime the same, 50/50 bad or good. So can somebody, who ride the ASR pro star plus, tell me what is the final verdict of this kit. By the way i wont race with it, i ride lot of stuff, pits, trails, sand and sometimes i stop by the MX track for a spin. We should start a ``Final verdict forum `` to make things simple on post and repost and repost questions, i have 5 topics just thinking of it.

What was the plastic colors?? My frame color is the stock silver and it also look ugly when its dirty and grease show on the swinger as well.

I dont think, cause powder coating is pretty much the toughest stuff around for paint. I dont plan of p/c it, i just can find really good paint so i wanted to give it a try but want to have look at what its look first.

Does anybody have some pictures of a Banshee with blue plastics and a white frame??

For now im looking for a +2 +1 a-arms set somewhere around 500$ and probably Works shocks. I just start shopping but i am long time disapointed with that front end stock set up. Banshee is only 6 months old and the bushing in the shocks are already busted!!

I did it, asked seller many question, everythings seems good, just the price slow me down. I might drop that much money on a brand new set maybe.

I saw a set of LSR Mx chromed a-arms used on ebay, they look in really good shape but i am still not sure if it's safe to buy that even if it's half the retail price. And not sure if it safe to talk about it here, probably the bid will go higher now :shoothead: . What do you think?

Boonman do you have pictures of that 4 inchs mod? I have my idea of how to do it. Cut the stem had a machined peice that fit inside and a tube peice that fit over all this, weld it all, is it how you did it??

My bar feel a bit low, i was thinking of rising it like the MX guys. What do you guys use other than a longer steering tube?? I was thinking of cutting that tube and make it longer, anybody ever did it??

I don't have overheating problems, i was just about to buy a crank case saver on ebay and they have the impeller and i could save on shipping. I see it as an insurance as well, 54$ is it a good price??

I was woundering if it's a good investement to put a 54$ billet water impeller?? Any feedback on this mod ?? Thanks

I had turn my stingers pipes to blue big time. I try to buff them on a buffing wheel with some paste and it turn back to chrome. Blueing is just on the surface. You can try that.

I ride all the time with guys on 450 dirtbike. I can keep up with them most of the time i would say, but in the bumps when they go on the gas i just loose them. Man that's frustrating, you do your best to hold on to the bike and they just blast past you on the rear wheel. Friend of mine is doing better with is drag porting. I think the stock suspension is what slow us down the most. Cant wait to upgrade that front end. Good luck man.
