  1. Banshee-x has not given any real reason to be banned yet...Not sayin he will, but he might. From what I have seen, he has taken all the insults, and replied ina mature manner. Granted the plugs for his site are gettin old- but after a while it will die off...... Why all the fuss? I dont know the story- dont care to know the story. Im not takin sides here, but why not leave the past as the past? Its kinda immature to keep bringin it up- IMO.
  2. If I was to use an additive, I would for sure use Extreme Power's additive!!! They recently did some major testing on a dyno at a respectable builder's shop..... Maybe Extreme will post some results??
  3. I was thinking of neon yellow frame and radiator/tank plastics, with purple plastics- and lots of chrome! Yay or Na??

  6. I agree, go with the compression readings. Your motor will tell you when it needs a rebuild. I have been running the same top end for 2-2 1/2 yrs, with no problems. Hell that shee is still kicking 170lbs....
  7. In my book the first mods is always FIX THE JUNK AIR FILTER SET-UP. I cant stress this enough, the factory design is horrible, lets way too much junk into the motor. Either run a bead of silicone around your stock plastic piece and bolt it to the airbox, ar install a different set-up. K&N clamp ons work well, so do the 2:1 set-up's, it all depends on the riding you will do.
  8. I have been running the Barnett Dirt Digger for over two years now, with no slippage!!!!!!!! The only other clutch I might run is a drag clutch from GRR-for draggin only of course!
  9. I love having two Banshee's but thats just me. One for drags one foe everything else, and my wife has a Polaris so I use it to putt around when needed.

  11. Im with him on this one, I had a twister on my 96, while I loved it for dragging and long wide open cruises, I hated it ANYWHERE else. The bike just felt out of control to me, I switched it back to thumb, and in my opinion it made it a million times better.

Actually I ran a CPI on my 96, and got rid of them for T5's. The T5 is an all around better pipe (IMHO) Wether your riding trails or drag racing....

  17. I use it on both my bikes...but I am very careful not to spray too much on the filters.

  21. For all around riding I would say T5, for drag racing I would say go with CPI.

  23. I have one on each bike, I didnt buy them, they were given to me. I dont thing they do anything, but they look good when all polished up...I would spend the $30 on something else like a degree key
